Nato in Egitto nel 1935, Nabil El Arabi ha compiuto studi di legge a New York. El Arabi represented Egypt at the United Nations for many years, becoming the President of the Security Council. From 2001 to 2006, he was a member of the International Court of Justice. Since 2011, he has been the Minister of Foreign Affairs in Egypt.
