Intervistato / Timothy Creamer

T.J. Creamer is a U.S. Army Colonel and NASA Astronaut. Born in 1959 in Arizona, he took his B.S. in Chemistry from Loyola College in Baltimore, and through the ROTC program was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. He was the Distinguished Graduate of his class in the U.S. Army Aviation School. Following his assignments to command within the 82nd Airborne Division, he completed a Master of Science degree in physics at MIT in 1992, and was assistant professor of physics at the United States Military Academy. In 1998, after completing many other military schools including Army Parachutist and Jumpmaster training, he was selected by NASA for Astronaut training. With NASA he has logged 163 days in space, working as a Flight Engineer and NASA Science Officer aboard the International Space Station. He is now the Army’s NASA Detachment commander.
